New Aston Martin Vanquish the Most Wanted Car Model
Recently the independent market research company was making a quite interesting study among the car drivers of Great Britain. They were asking random car owners different questions and aspects, like the most comfortable car model from the ones that were recently presented, the most luxuries car, the most ugliest car, and many other possibilities, but there was also one more category that is most interesting for us – the most wanted car model among the English car drivers. And it will be not an exaggeration to say that new Aston Martin Vanquish appeared to be at the top of the list this time.
New great beasty from the English automaker that is equipped with the 6.0-Liter engine, as well as V12 was named the most of the items as the most wanted car of the year. Interestingly enough another model of Aston Martin, the great One-77 also got into the list but is couple of lines lower than the Vanquish. Among other cars one could also hear such names as Range Rover, especially the new Sport Evoque model, and Jaguar. But we think that Aston Martin has nothing to be afraid of, as none of these cars can get that close to the new Vanquish.
Aston Martin has always been known for its special and recognizable look. But this new model just concentrates imagery Aston Martin. And not just – this model is called Vanquish AM 310 that is up here to replace the legendary DBS.
Vanquish looks are the results of work of an experienced team of designers, which created the corporate identity of one super-car British brand. Inspiration for the artists was the Aston Martin One-77, which came out in a limited number of 77 cars. Luxury sports Aston Martin AM 310 Vanquish is built of carbon fiber, and the chassis of cast aluminum. In addition the manufacturer has the use of magnesium alloys in aerospace industry. 6.0-liter V12 engine of the new Aston Martin develops power 573 hp and a torque of 620 Nm. It is only 4.1 seconds towards 100 km/h and a top speed of British luxury supercar is set at 295. In the same boat with a high motor hand-built employs time-tested six-speed Touchtronic 2 automatic transmission system. So now we at least know about the capabilities of this new beauty, that is soon going to concur the world!
600-strong Aston Martin Vanquish S
The sports car has received revised exterior design and boosted 5.9-liter V12 with 600 horsepower capacity. Engine runs together with an upgraded 8-speed transmission Touchtronic III.
Supercar Aston Martin Vanquish S will be available in two traditional versions Coupe and Volante. The company notes that the car is “the most extreme version of the model Aston Martin Vanquish, designed to deliver more intense thrills and even more performance.”
New Aston Martin Vanquish S differs from the standard version in revised aerodynamic body kit. Inside of the car there is an exclusive trimming, audio system Bang & Olufsen and multimedia system with a new navigation. It should be noted that the current updating of the iconic model will be the last – at the end of 2018 the British company plans to introduce a full-fledged successor of Vanquish model.
Photo spies noticed new modification of the 2019 Aston Martin Vanquish during the road tests. This time the sports car is tested on snow-covered roads of Great Britain. Photos of the flagship sports car of the Gran Turismo class 2019 Aston Martin Vanquish were shared by foreign automotive publications. Over the past few months, test samples of the updated version of the British sports car were seen by paparazzi more than once, and again the engineers covered the 2019 model year car with a matte black film.
Aston Martin Vanquish S the forced version in the Vanquish family was firstly seen in the last November. The British specialists have shown the version in a coupe body. Later, the line-up was complemented by a similar Volante cabriolet. The open Vanquish with S prefix has got the same engine as the coupe car. It is a forced atmospheric 6.0 V12 generating 603 horses and 630 Nm of torque. Moreover, it is equipped with an improved feed system.
The new modification differs from the standard versions by migrated springs, shock absorbers, stabilizer bars and automatic transmission. The rear exterior view was designed by four tailpipes instead of two. The front part of Vanquish S Volante is distinguished by the original bumper.
The technical characteristics are not announced yet. It should be noticed that the cabrio car has the heavier weight and another aerodynamics that will reduce the acceleration time and top speed. The carmakers did not inform about the price for Aston Martin Vanquish Volante, although it is easy to predict. Vanquish S Coupe is more expensive than the basic one at 9000 pounds. Therefore, the new cabrio model will cost around 209,000 pounds.
After reviewing the latest photos, the experts stated that the new modification of the Aston Martin Vanquish differs somewhat from the DB11 model, primarily with the more aggressive design of the front bumper. Despite the dense camouflage of the hood of the sports car which does not allow seeing much, we still can notice new large air vents on the pictures.
Official information regarding the technical characteristics of 2019 Aston Martin Vanquish is not currently available. According to the insiders, the novelty will be equipped with a powerful 12-cylinder engine developing 700 horsepower.
Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato concept will get an elegant design
Once again, the British carmaker and the Italian coachbuilder joined forces to present the new Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato model at the famous automotive fashion show, which will be held in May 2016 near Como Lake.
It is a beautiful car with a dynamic silhouette, sculpted rear fenders, wavy roof and windows, reminding a racing helmet’s visor. The donor’s body is like a construction made of aluminum alloys, covered with carbon-fiber panels. Inside, the changes are much smaller. The central console and sports seats are the same. Italians used high quality leather for front panel and seats covering as well as for a headliner and racks finishing. The saloon is also designed by some elements with Z lettering.
It is known that the engine V12 6.0 of Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato coupe generates 600 horsepower, and the concept is certainly easier then the donor. The suspension is front and rear double wishbone, the brakes are proposed with six-piston calipers in front and four-piston at rear. If the developers did not invent anything else, then the concept will keep Bang & Olufsen BeoSound audio system with 1000W 13 speakers.
The Aston Martin Vanquish price for all-brand-new models of Vanquish has been set to $280,000, not less.
